Google Bad Review 1:  We visited yesterday, you buy a coffee, get it in a paper cup, you need to ask where the sugar is because they wouldn’t bother to just politely direct you as a courtesy even if it was quite visible and we just missed it. when there was no space to leave packaging from sugar I had to walk around all the bar to get the attention of staff not to be rude and leave dirty sticks on the counter, when I asked politely if they have any bins the girl clearly in a bad mood just moved her head to show me a communal shopping centre bin a few metres away because it would be too much to prepare a tray or a cup for customers. Bad, moody service, never coming back.
