“Luxury brand for black people” you wish! Mimi’s manners are dreadful – she needs a masterclass in customer service. I have NEVER received such abuse in a so-called high-end salon or any salon for that matter. Mimi also need classes on time management.
She charged me for a phantom haircut.
Too much to explain in a review.
I have given one star on the basis that the lovely junior stylist that actually did my hair was beyond lovely. Poor girl working for control freak, Mimi.
SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE AND SPEND IT AT A REAL LUXURY BRAND FOR BLACK PEOPLE SUCH AS ERROL DOUGLAS OR JUNIOR GREEN…. at least there you will get what you pay for.
