I've spoken to a few people who have gone here and we've all had a god awful experience. They mess you around, lie to you and make it pretty much impossible for someone struggling with mental illness to get the help the need. DO BETTER COMMUNITY LIVING WELL. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Google Bad Review (2):  It has been heartbreaking to see how uninterested these people are with their attitudes towards mental health support. My partner who is suffering from anxiety, depression, ptsd and insomnia has only felt worse ever since coming into contact with them. Firstly it took them two months to actually get him registered, that included me calling on the phone and not getting through to anyone for hours during the day. Then when he finally got support it was only for 30 minutes and notified of him about the counselling finishing the session before the last. He feels let down, alone and without any support.. quite the opposite of what should happen after coming in contact with this type of institution?

My therapist – Josie G – was not only unfailingly kind and patient, allowing me to open up and feel at ease, but also incredibly knowledgeable. My sessions were filled with accessible resources that I could take away and use at my own pace, and the advice and help offered to me was always deeply personalised and tailored to my specific needs. My experience at the clinic, although all done through Zoom because of COVID, has changed my life forever. Getting myself on the waiting list for the clinic was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I can't thank the therapists enough. And while therapy will of course differ between individuals I can honestly say with my whole heart that the people here have the resources, skills, training, knowledge, and care to help you through whatever it is you need. Thank you again Josie!
