Google Bad Review 1:  Bought my son here for his first professional hair cut today and i had such high expectations but i have come away so disappointed by the service we received let alone the state of my sons hair cut.
He sons 18months and has had his hair cut at home 4 times before with very little fuss so we wasnt expecting him to kick off like he did. The lady was very abrupt totally disregarded what we asked for and just did what she wanted to do to his hair. I want to grow him a top knot so purposely dont cut alot off the top and she completely started chopping all his hair off before i could say anything. She cut my sons neck and got very defensive saying she hasnt cut any hair there which is nonsence its the first place she started with the clippers. Like just say your sorry and see if he needs someone on it instead of lying and saying u didnt do it. He now has some very strange sideburns and hes got patches of baby hair behind his ears and she just never cut the hair around his ears at all so tomorrow after paying 25pounds for this hair cut i will have to neaten up the job myself. I get it he was fussing but she completely rushed everything. We was the last appointment of the day. She just wanted to go home. I will never come here again. I should have just taken my son to the greasy barbers my husband goes to not somewhere thats are ment to be child friendly.

Google Bad Review (2):  Booked an appointment for my 3 year old son to have his hair trimmed on Sunday and travelled an hour on public transport in the rain only to find that the shop was closed, despite having an appointment booked! The sign on the door said “Open Sundays” but it clearly wasn’t. Not sure why they would accept appointments if they’re not open! Was really annoyed and then had a very upset 3 year old who was looking forward to having his hair done. Definitely won’t be going back as you never know if they will actually be open.
