Google Bad Review 1:  Disgusting experience. We need a new emergency vet here in London. They will tell you to euthanize when your pet is not ready and still has life to live. Staff were beyond disrespectful and professionalism wasn’t even a thing. Thought my kitty was backed up, and with no care at all the response was “actually, she has a tumour so we should euthanize”. I literally puked in panic. Like what? A bad hair ball, how could this possibly be?! I asked what to do, and she said that “if I didn’t have 3-4K and couldn’t go to Toronto that night, I should euthanize”. I told her I did not have that money on hand but I would figure it out and start calling the bank/loan places. Her response was “if you’re going to do nothing about it, euthanize her”. I began to get emotional, because I damn well was doing my best to do all I could for her. We found another vet in London that was slightly better than here. My girl enjoyed her life for 2.5 more months afterwards. If you can help it, don’t take your animal here.
