Google Bad Review 1:  I'd love to say I've been but as their website doesn't work I can't get any information about it! Not a good start. Also the complaints about the ticket machines etc is a concern.

Google Bad Review (2):  Terrible customer service, no help line. This is fairly secure but the downside is when the tech is not working you get stranded. I really needed to get my car out and the pedestrian entrance was locked, the “present your card” feature to unlock was nonfunctional. Had no choice but to squeeze under the gate, cut my arm slightly and got filthy. But at least I could get my car out. Complete joke. Only other time I used Q-Park was in Amsterdam, and had issues with their tech there also, but at least there was a help line. I’ll not be back at this one! At least my 5-year old thought it was funny even if I didn’t.
