Google Bad Review:  Called in the morning to ask about viewing a car, drove over an hour to get there to find it is nothing more than an office at the end of a residential street (Could have been upfront and told me this up front). The office was closed so tried to phone twice with no answer. Managed to speak to someone eventually over the website web chat who wasn't very helpful, just wanted to take my number so one of “the team” could phone me back. Kept talking about a “Showroom” which doesn't seem to exist and there was no one to meet me at the location 9c Rathbone House. Not a good start when you are thinking of spending £1000's. Looked more like a common motor trader trying to give the impression of a big dealership but in reality it looked more like a trader selling from home. Wasted morning!
