Google Bad Review:  Shocked and disappointed. Went to Cosmedics for several years. I felt the Drs services were overpriced but I liked the beauty treatments. However, they have apparently closed the ‘beauty’ business, so that it is now just Cosmedics ‘doctor’ treatments; and, like another reviewer, they have not upheld completing all pre-paid sessions of a course nor given a refund or credit. I also don’t believe the response below from them is true either – just a convenient excuse.

Google Bad Review:  Unprofessional and unreliable staff in my experience with this clinic and this has been a let down for me.
They cancelled my first appointment without informing me. I had called in on the day of my appointment and it was confirmed it was infact cancelled. Luckily I had telephoned otherwise I would have turned up for nothing. They dont return calls either when they say they will. Yazmin was also unreliable with me which I found unprofessional. I text her for prices for more treatments and had no response to my texts. Then on another occasion when I spoke to her in person after eventally getting a consultation appointment, she promised me a call back that day to go over further pricing for other treatments and surprise surprise I never heard from her and never received the call back. The staff in my experience are unreliable which in my view is unprofessional. This is unacceptable for me. This has set of alarm bells for me and put me off wanting to proceed with any operations or treatments. I feel that if they can be so unreliable like this to me then I can imagine what a nightmare it would be for me chasing them for support or concerns after treatment if I were to have gone ahead. This is what put me off to proceed with any surgery in the future. Due to my experience I'd rather go elsewhere where I feel a clinic/company is more reliable and I'm not constantly chasing them on the phones.

By this point I was left little choice but to agree, having already paid the £50 consultation fee. It’s misleading to advertise a fixed price and then increase it, as I would have gone elsewhere that would have been cheaper. Very disappointed.

Google Bad Review (2):  I made an appointment specifically for a laser thread vein removal on my face. Dr Britt Vardy saw me and recommended sclerotherapy instead. The treatment didn't work and my veins became more pronounced after the visit. During the follow up appointment a month later Dr Vardy could not say why the treatment didn't work or why she decided that sclerotherapy was chosen over laser treatment. I have since done laser treatment with a different clinic and it worked perfectly. I don't believe that dr Vardy is qualified and knowledgeable enough to perform such treatments.

Google Bad Review 1:  Unprofessional and unreliable staff in my experience with this clinic and this has been a let down for me.
They cancelled my first appointment without informing me. I had called in on the day of my appointment and it was confirmed it was infact cancelled. Luckily I had telephoned otherwise I would have turned up for nothing. They dont return calls either when they say they will. Yazmin was also unreliable with me which I found unprofessional. I text her for prices for more treatments and had no response to my texts. Then on another occasion when I spoke to her in person after eventally getting a consultation appointment, she promised me a call back that day to go over further pricing for other treatments and surprise surprise I never heard from her and never received the call back. The staff in my experience are unreliable which in my view is unprofessional. This is unacceptable for me. This has set of alarm bells for me and put me off wanting to proceed with any operations or treatments. I feel that if they can be so unreliable like this to me then I can imagine what a nightmare it would be for me chasing them for support or concerns after treatment if I were to have gone ahead. This is what put me off to proceed with any surgery in the future. Due to my experience I'd rather go elsewhere where I feel a clinic/company is more reliable and I'm not constantly chasing them on the phones.

Basically, when I got to the reception I got informed someone else was getting treated and had to wait, I even show the lady my message confirmation of time receipt directly from the private clinic. I didn't even hear an apology… Im very disappointed of the way I was treated and I was really NOT expecting this.
