They drive around in a silver saloon with Romanian number plates and speak no English. They should be banned from any work whatsoever because they’re useless but quick for the money. Don’t use them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Everything booked and confirmed for me to have my sofas cleaned, the driver/cleaner simply didn't show up. No phone call and I took a day off work for this. Very disappointed. I don't recommend to anyone. I don't want to imagine how bad the cleaning would have been if the cleaner turned up.
