Google Bad Review 1:  Tried to arrange a collection via online form. Unfortunately nobody got back after 3 days. I then had to call anyway and book, which makes the online form obsolete. Eventually when I did get through I was received by personnel who really need to work on their customer service skills.
I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I have been trying to get through to confirm items on the collection list but once again it was met by abrupt and rude assistants that have been anything but helpful. What a shame seeing as the intention was to give to a charity out of good will.

We decided to donate some furniture, attached pictures clearly showing its condition for the drivers to then come on the day and refuse to take them and then gave us the option of paying £100 for them to take it off us. Utter jokers, don't waste your time.

Google Bad Review (2):  The guy who helped me was brilliant he went out of his way but the woman who was in charge was more interested on messaging on social media never gave eye contact and seemed put out that she had to search for an item for me she treated the lovely friendly guy who worked there the same I seemed to be an inconvenience the items are very overpriced. All I can say is thankyou to the lovely guy who appreciates his customers otherwise working with clients myself I am appalled by the experience. It's a shame.
