Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Matthew Dickinson

Google Bad Review (2):  Went to see a car, agreed with the garage I’d be an hour, arrived and they’d sold the car (would have been happy to put a deposit down if asked) Apparently they have two sites and obviously don’t have a system to deal with genuine customers. Probably better if your local otherwise don’t bother.

Google Bad Review 1:  AVOID AT ALL COST. DODGY CARS. DODGY SALES TECHNIQUES BY TOM THE SALES GUY. Had a really bad experience with these guys. Was renting a vehicle from them. They said maintenance was included. Obviously they stole all my refundable deposit on the car. They refused to let me collect my stuff from the car when I left it for checkup, stealing my tools. Really disappointed. Don’t get fooled by fake positive reviews. Use a different garage to avoid disappointment.

Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review):  Jules3855

Google Bad Review (2):  Avoid this dealer at all costs. Car delivered with various faults. Central locking not working, front nearside and offside droplinks had to be replaced at my cost because they don’t provide a warranty document just told that my receipt is the warranty. How do I know what’s covered? Easy way for them to get out of repairs. Wrong spare wheel provided too big for this car again they weren’t interested. Interior courtesy light cluster was broken in several places and had been badly bodged and glued. Told me I must have had a friend in the car that broke it. They agreed to pay up to £50 for a replacement from a scrap yard. Needless to say this never came to be. Complete con man. I have taken the option of a ‘Small Claims Court’ and I will also be informing the finance company. JUST READ YOUR REPLY. FIRST OF ALL I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO YOUR PREMISES. I DID INDEED HAVE THE CAR DELIVERED AND I PAID FOR DELIVERY AND HAVE THE RECEIPT AS PROOF. DELIVERY WAS ARRANGED THROUGH SHIPLEY FOR WHICH I PAID THEM A £20 DEPOSIT AND THEN THE BALANCE ON DELIVERY OF £70 BY BANK TRANSFER TO THE DRIVER. SECONDLY I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING WITH REGARD TO KEYS AND BATTERIES. THIRDLY IT IS A COMPLETE FABRICATION ABOUT A FRIEND IN THE CAR BREAKING THE INTERIOR LIGHT. I HAVE ALL THE PHOTOS OF THE BODGED REPAIR WITH GLUE EVERYWHERE. IF YOU’RE GOING TO ARGUE A CASE GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT FIRST. YOU ARE A BLATANT LIAR AND I AM STILL TAKING YOU TO COURT.
