Google Bad Review:  An update, It is now over two years since I joined this practice. I have seen a GP in person only once in that time. All other contact has been over the phone with one GP who seems to be looking for something wrong rather than speaking to me about what IS wrong. A pain in the joint has become a precursor to a heart attack and I am being referred to a clinic for chest pain I have never suffered and having a third round of blood tests in as many months.
I joined this practice after seeing the excellent service provided by the Mottingham branch to my friend. I cannot say anything positive about this branch of the practice. The receptionist don't appear to want to help. The practice manager is never available and the only contact I have had with the GPs is by phone and I was berated for my former GP not ordering blood tests before he retired in 2020. Today I had to call more than 30 times to get through only to be told they couldn't advise me and to call elsewhere.
