Google Bad Review 1: Dreadful customer service – don't expect a call back quickly

I called initially on a Thursday morning for a fairly urgent query on a property purchase (I told them it was urgent). Nobody called back so I called again on the following Tuesday and waited five hours on a call back which I missed by approx 3 seconds. I called immediately back and was told the illusive ‘Will' was back on a call and couldn't speak (almost physically impossible given the speed of my return call). I called several times stating it was urgent and when at 5.30pm…promised a call back…Nobody did.

This AM I called to see if ‘Will was able to talk and was told ‘we are aware of your query and can't help you right now, you will have to wait on a call back'

I'm lost for words…I'm not even sure ‘Will' exists…

Google Bad Review (2): I would severely warn against using this firm – i used them 3 years ago to do a loft extension. They got the drawings completely wrong which meant all the steels had to be re-ordered, new staircase built and i was left with the bill. Project took well over a year past the original date and the firm did nothing to help with the contract builder they suggested – Bujar Derguti – i would never ever use either the firm or builder again and ended up paying over 3 times what was originally agreed, either that or no house. DO NOT USE

I reviewed this company on Facebook and sadly they decided to stop having reviews on their page.

My father and I have lost well over £2,000 for plans which don't make any sense from an architectural point of view as well as a structural. They played it safe with the plans and once accepted tried to charge us more for plans that we did want. This company is extremely rude, I have emails proving this. He made me spoon feed him what to do.

It was soo bad, I got a chargeback where I managed to get back only £600. The credit card company took all the evidence and favoured our side.

Google Bad Review 1: Having seen every single 5 star review we found the service somewhat disappointing and not representative of the reviews. The whole process from the initial meeting was highly disorganised along with poor written and verbal communication. They didn’t turn up at the agreed time (apparently it wasn’t in their diary) then we called them, and they came along. It all seemed very hurried and disorganised notwithstanding there seemed to be limited research done pre visit which they advertise, with our main “takeaway” from the visit being only that we should visit a couple of estate agents. They stayed for 40 mins and upon leaving followed up with absolutely nothing and no correspondence or anything, which we found surprising. Literally they left and all we subsequently received was an invoice for an hour despite them being here for 40 minutes and not the hour they claim in their website or what we were expecting. Nice people but I would not have confidence in giving them a project as we found them to be very chaotic and not to the standard one could reasonably expect and I wouldn’t waste your money on a site visit as it offered no value to us. Certainly not 5*’s but DYOR.
