Google Bad Review 1:  OMG, I wish that I had seen this before I hired them.

Appalling “service” that left my home looking like no one's been in.
They haven't even offered to return to do it properly.
This appears to be a scam company, taking money and not doing the job paid for.

I will be starting a chargeback against them. Does anyone have their insurance details, as they also damaged my flooring.

The pictures posted are AFTER they'd been to clean, cobwebs, dust, crumbs etc etc. And this was supposed to be a deep clean. I had to clean again after them, which defeated the whole point.

Please take heed of the reviews. This is NOT a CLEANING service.
Go elsewhere if you want the job done properly!

Google Bad Review (2):  This company also operates under the name of Top Cleaning Services. While the service provided is adequate, any attempt to get co-operation from these people is met with a wall of refusal – “Managers don't talk to customers” Maybe because they are scared to? We specified before starting a regular weekly cleaning service that we wanted the first week to be for 3 hours, the second for three and a half hours, when the common areas of the house in which the flat is located were to be cleaned in addition. We were correctly invoiced for two months and for the subsequent four months were invoiced for weekly sessions of three and a half hours. We deducted the overcharges when paying the invoices, and asked for a credit note to be issued to ensure that our accounts showed the correct payments made. We were told that the record would be checked and a credit note sent. It wasn't. Two months later we are now told that the company's system doesn't permit the provision of a service for differing hours on each occasion. When informed that this was the basis of the contract and that it had been correctly invoiced previously a blank refusal to acknowledge this was followed by an equally blank refusal to put me in touch with a senior member of the company. The person to whom i was speaking was arrogant and treated me as if I were a 6-year old who didn't understand her. I have subsequently been told that she would call me again, but am still waiting. And an email sent to the company for the attention of the MD remains unanswered. A bad way to treat customers.
