Google Bad Review: The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with in terms of ‘customer service'. A simple repair job has taken me weeks and weeks to sort out. I have waited in whole days (from 8-6, as they don't give you time slots) and no one has turned up, not even as much as a courtesy call apologising. I have had different people in the call centre lie to me that someone is on their way , basically to get me off the phone. I have phoned numerous times to try to pin down when the engineer is coming on the day only to be told the engineer will call when he is on route (a complete lie) I don't blame the engineers, when one did turn up it was about 5.55 and he had been sent all over the place. Terrible abysmal company – avoid at all costs.
