Google Bad Review (2): Horrible service. Paid £17 for 3 burgers. 10 minutes later got a knock at my door (I live 0.4miles away so didn’t expect too long but 10 minutes is too quick). The result was a a bun with stale stale salad slapped on it and a fried patty. And stale chips. Just horrible.
Called and talked to a rude manager. Will share pictures if I can.

Google Bad Review 1: What a dreadful, deplorable experience. We walked in on a Friday evening against better judgement into an empty restaurant. Within 5 minutes of ordering we had been served our starter and mains being the dumplings, leghman and lamb polo. One could almost hear the “ping” of the microwave.

The dumplings were so so, and it goes downhill from there. The beef leghman was an absolute joke. There were literally 5 teeny tiny pieces of meat. You pay £14 for literally some noodles topped in some sauce and some green peppers. I have heard of cost cutting, but this is beyond a joke. Oh, and some black fungus mushroom. Thanks for not putting that on the menu description. Everyone enjoys these little surprises.

While we were bemusedly going through these courses, an elderly couple came, ordered, received and completed their one and only course (marvellous things, aren’t they, these microwaves?). We overheard them discuss how “this was like Sainsbury’s” and it was better to just stop and leave. I disagree. This is an insult to Sainsbury’s.

Anyhow, let’s move onto the lamb polo. On a slight positive, you do get a bit more “meat”. Unfortunately, this “meat” was tougher than an East End gangster. I have no doubt this dish was cooked days ago and well, we’re back to microwave again, which is not kind to heating up old meat. Once again, this joke of a dish cost £14. You would get better value at a Michelin restaurant. I would rather eat a Michelin tyre than eat here.

Sadly, it doesn’t end there. The dish was bland and tasteless, and we noted there were not even any sultanas in there. We asked the poor young waitress who first claimed “it doesn’t have sultanas”. When we showed her the menu, then she quickly changes the story to “we used to have sultanas but not today”, then she realised how silly that sounds and changes it again to “we used to have sultanas, but people were allergic so we removed them”. Who has ever been allergic to sultanas? Grapes? I really feel sorry for her having to make up stories for the failures of the owner or chef.

I actually feel totally robbed. Not only was the mediocre food way over priced but we actually left hungry. I picked up a KFC wrap afterwards to fill the void. Better flavour for like 1/20th the price. Perhaps this restaurant was good, once. But something terrible has happened along the way.

Google Bad Review 1: Horrible food. The owner i guess is the chef there. The meat wasn’t cooked properly. The rice was really hard and had exactly the same taste as the ones that you microwave. The cheapest sort of food at very unfair price. They don’t assume their mistakes and are arguing with customers and still put them to pay for a meal that you can’t touch. No complaints about the waitresses they were professional. But to be honest I really wish he will loose the business or change the bossy attitude. So yh, conclusion is that we hate it.

Google Bad Review 1: Purchased food after a very long time and this is my second visit within a year.

The chicken leg curry was bland and tasted off. I was not impressed at all, disappointed with the dish.

I ordered doner kebab and the meat contained lots of fat in the meat and was not nice at all.

I do think that the standard has fallen really bad and I am surprised that people still rate this place despite its fallen standard of food.

I do hope the owners take reviews seriously.

For me, this place is not on my list of takeaways anymore and there are other good places you can eat.
