Google Bad Review 1:  Very poor customer services. Booked my gardening for more than 5 times and on each appointment there was a rescheduling till I finally had to ask for a refund. The company operates a franchise and does not really care about the customer. Used them previously, but in recent months service has been very poor. Will not recommend.

I called a day prior to the appointment to make sure it was still happening and was told nothing have been confirmed on their side and was offered another appointment. I was ensured someone will call back to confirm the new appointment.

Low and behold, no one ever called me back. Nothing was confirmed and no one showed up.

Utter waste of time.
