Google Bad Review 1:  I have been a client of the clinic, both as a dental patient and as a patient of the optician service, for more than 4 years – but will not be going back in either capacity. The last – expensive – pair of glasses which I bought have broken 5 times within the space of 15 months. I was re-assured on the third occasion that the design fault had been identified and that the manufacturer had resolved the issue. Obviously not. On returning for the 6th time to the clinic, I was assured a completely new pair of glasses – but was left for 3 weeks without a phone call or an email to let me k ow what was happening. I had to turn up personally at the clinic to find out, to be presented with a few alternatives of much cheaper glasses which had been chosen as am alternative so that I could benefit from the same lenses – when the original conversation had involved assurances that a completely new pair of glasses would be forthcoming (including lenses) as compensation for all the trouble. Frankly, customer service is non-existent. This clinic has some excellent professionals, but some appalling front of clinic staff who think that they are better than the patients/customers who pay their salary – so good luck to them all, but I won't be spending any more of my own money to keep them gainfully employed.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very bad experience today! I had an appointment booked for my 5 y old son, travelled an hour with him and a baby and upon arrival been told we will have to wait for 10 minutes….then 10 more….then 10 more.. When asked what was happening, because I didn't see anyone else came after us, the receptionist told me that the family of four is with the nurse (did they book one slot for 4 people?!)…I asked again if she could check with the nurse, and again got the answer 10 minutes…We waited for 10 more minutes and nothing happend ofcourse…50 minutes of waiting! Obviously, they weren't telling the truth since the beginning and left me and two small kids to wait for so long. Also, a few months ago I booked an appointment for myself (over the phone) and on the day when I came, they said they don't have me in the system but luckily the nurse was there so she could help me….I am not giving the third chance to this clinic!
