Google Reviewer 1, Name (Bad Review):  C Harrison

Google Bad Review 1:  First time visitor this afternoon to the sky gardens. Stunning views but then experience ruined by extremely rude and patronising barman at the top bar. As there was no defined point to order at the bar (so a normal bar then), despite standing in the middle of the bar next to a woman being made cocktails by a barman more interested in her, after being ignored by the other staff for several minutes who continued to serve a regular supply of new customers who arrived after me, I'm afraid I did have to ask why? Apparently it was my fault for standing in the middle of the bar?! I pointed out that I was standing 2 m to the left of the other barman to my right (my 6 ft 4 inch large frame hardly making me invisible) and it was common practice for bar staff to at least attempt to look and remember who was next. Apparently that is not the practice according to him in a tone where he might as well have used the word, ‘you' followed by ‘C you next Tuesday' ……..Congratulations to the venues HR as they are clearly onto a winner with the quality of staff. Then we had the misfortune of using the unisex toilets which stank and were dirty. We had thought about booking the resturant for a large gathering but that idea has gone now for some reason………
