Google Bad Review:  Terrible, Very unhelpful and extremely inflexible.
Purchased the ticket as a present while lockdown was on with the aim of going once lockdown eased so didn’t book a specific time or date. Turned up and was told they are so busy we would have to wait for at least 3 hours and then might still not get in. So e-mailed to see if we can book a time slot online but apparently you can’t so now my ticket has run out as it’s only valid until the end of the year. My advice is Book a specific time and date.
