Google Bad Review (2):  I checked this place on google before booking my MOT but honestly wish I'd have chosen somewhere else. I paid for the full service check plus MOT, especially for my car as it's done so well for me getting me from home which is in Sussex to London everyday since October last year. It's an old 1.0 car so I really wanted it checked thoroughly. The guy at the front desk was brilliant and if I was reviewing him he'd get 5 stars, but one of the mechanics, I'm not sure of his name but he's Asian, he looked down on my car from the moment I brought it in, just looked disgusted at the fact that I drive so many miles in this car, he even said that. That's just what I have to do right now until I find a job closer to home. The whole day I was happy that the car was going to be fully checked. I called late in the afternoon and was told that there had been some delay and that my car would go for the MOT shortly. In the end I had to go down to the place just before they closed to collect my car. Given the fact that the MOT was done late in the afternoon on my car, I'm pretty sure it was a rush job and I know that the full service was not carried out properly, if at all. I've been so annoyed at this for a long time now. They even listed an oil leak as an advisory on the MOT, which I was told on the phone was more than likely old oil as they found no evidence of oil leaking when topped up again, but they listed it so that's on there now.
Perhaps my car wasn't good or flashy enough for them to give it the care and attention it deserves. I regret so much taking it to these people, especially given the miles I'm driving each week. I can't wait to have it checked again at a better garage that will actually respect my car.
So yeah, if you've got a nice car take it there, maybe the mechanic I was talking about earlier will give it the time of day unlike mine. He even blanked me as I went to collect my car and I said thanks to him. Arrogant and rude, I wouldn't want him anywhere near my car even if it were new. It's a shame that some people treat others based on stupid things like the car they drive or job they have.
As I said earlier the guy on the front desk was first class, couldn't fault him at all. Needless to say with my current car or a new one, I wouldn't go back there even if they were the only garage in London.
