Google Bad Review 1: I don’t appreciate the sort of attitude I received from a female called sevim she so moody and she racist towards black people ,I came to buy some waste pipe and it’s was busy the young male press the buzzer for help and she didn’t come till after 5 mins with a moody face looked at me like I was nothing ,how can tool station have these sort of staff working there ,I will never being going back to that store if she will be there ,I also put the word about on how racist this shop is .

Google Bad Review (2): Just been into store served by Izzy, what a absolutely rude & disrespectful man, I work in customer services myself and if any of my staff ever talked to a member of the public in the way he did to me then they would be reprimanded
I will never shop in this Branch again, but use my usual branch (Thurrock) as the staff there are friendly, helpful and actually listen to the customers! It wouldn't allow me to post this without leaving a star rating otherwise he wouldn't of got any
