Google Bad Review 1:  BE VERY CAREFUL when buying designer here. The organisation do not follow standard procedures and appear to encourage poor customer service. They say they have a 28-days refund policy… but they don’t.

Bought a watch which Turned out to be fake so took it back to the store 13 days after purchasing. They refused refund so I contacted HQ. HQ told me to go back to shop to get refund. I went there and was pleased to get refund.

After processing the refund and me leaving the shop, the manager contacted HQ to falsely accuse me of abuse. I emailed their head office to make a formal complaint and ask them to investigate CCTV.

Not only did they sell counterfeit goods, they then tried to deny consumer rights. As if that isn’t bad enough, the organisation do not follow formal complaints procedures. I never usually leave bad reviews but I am doing this to help future customers.
