We run a local music academy with over 430 students and teach in 30 local schools.

We asked a member of staff to help us purchase 10 ukuleles today.

We asked the difference between two ukuleles and was told:
“well nothing really, that's just a cheap ukulele”

We have spent over £4,000 with this particular person and would have expected better service.

This person gave us no further information and didn't seem to have any information to offer safer having waited for a moment to hear more.

As we were leaving we then saw him downstairs on his phone sending messages.

He then struck up a debate with me when I explained that I felt the customer service was unacceptable.

This isn't what I expect.

We will be shopping with GAK online which is cheaper and has next day delivery.
