Google Bad Review 1:  This is my experience with Euro Chauffeur. For objectivity, I only listed facts here leaving reviewers to draw their own conclusion about the quality of service of Euro Chauffeur.

I was advised by owner Rana during inquiry that I needed to be collected at 09:15 for arrival by 11:00 at Wimbledon on June 30. I trusted his advice and made booking accordingly.

However, when I was picked up by driver Omar this morning, I was told by Omar that I should be picked up by 10:10 rather than 09:15 in order to arrive at 11:00 at Wimbledon.

Rana then tried to argue on call why he thought I should be picked up by 09:15 even though his own driver suggested otherwise.

Fed up with his misleading information, I firmly and forcefully refused his argument as I did not want to trust someone who breached my trust in the 1st place.

Rana then cancelled my booking unilaterally on the ground that he thought I was rude. If refusing to be misled and cheated is rude, so be it.

Some more facts：

My hotel arranged private chauffeur for me as a result of Euro Chauffeur’s unilateral cancellation of my order.

I left hotel at 10:10 and I arrived at Ralph Lauren hub at 11.05. Total fare is £80, 15.8% cheaper than Euro Chauffeur’s quotation of £95.

Google Bad Review (2):  Absolute disgraceful service. I ordered online via their website and made it clear I was moving flat (just a few bags, no furniture). I called them this morning to change pick up time and, even though they sent me a confirmation email, they didn't have my booking. They quickly sorted it but when the driver arrived they weren't aware I was moving despite that being in the initial booking. I then was asked to call the manager who proceeded to shout at me on the phone. Rude, unprofessional and also the car was late too.

5 Response – Didn’t driver contacted you he is running late by 7-8 minutes (wow)
6 Follow up call at 4:28 I was told few minutes more and cab will be there
7 Again called customer care at 4:31, this time I was told alternate cab has been booked it will arrive in 2 minutes

9 Cab came at 4:39
10 Reached airport at 5:12
11 Biggest surprise – despite confirmation over the booking process call driver said we don’t accept card

Barely managed to take the flight courtesy Heathrow staff

PS – asked driver to text me his bank details so that I can transfer the fare.
