This office is a little comepetnene, already the entry on their website says that “Our Polish accounting office is one of the few in London, being an authorized agent of HM Revenue and Customs (British tax office), which is the best confirmation of the high quality of our activities. ”

Each accounting office, if it wants to submit something from its agent account, must be authorized by HMRC. So what are they writing anyway?
The best confirmation of high quality? And how does HMRC confirm the quality by completing the agent form? Being an agent is only and only the authorization of 3 persons to represent me / the client in HMRC. Authorization shows that you can make a phone call on my behalf and receive private information from HMRC regarding my responsibility.

I am not surprised that they want money for everything, since in 2018 they had around £ 30,000 in losses plus £ 87,500 of a bank loan to pay off.

Zachowanie bardzo nieprofesjonalne jak na biuro ksiegowe. Gdy owa firma zrobi blad, I to nie mały błąd, to odmawiaja pomocy czy tez po prostu naprawienia wlasnego bledu, o ile sie nie zapalci za kolejna usluge. A gdy sie mowi, ze sie odchodzi, to tym bardziej, nie zamierzaja w ogole poczuc sie do odpowiedzialnosci. Gdy kupuje, sie jakis produkt, a on jest zepsuty. Produkt sie zwraca. Otrzymuje sie pieniadze spowrotem. Brak w ogole jakiegos slowa przepraszam, za to, ze ja moge miec problem przy kontroli z HMRC bo jest blad ze strony ksiegowego. Niesamowite.

Zero sensownych weryfikacji kosztow, co moge wliczac co nie. Czlowiek czuje sie zielony a nie w zaufanych rekach.

brak slow… lepiej uwazajcie i sprawdzajcie wlasne rozliczenia.

To biuro jest jakieś malo komepetnene, juz sam wpis na ich stronie o tym mowi „Nasze polskie biuro księgowe jest jednym z nielicznych w Londynie, będące autoryzowanym agentem HM Revenue and Customs (brytyjskiego urzędu podatkowego), co jest najlepszym potwierdzeniem wysokiej jakości naszych działań.”

Każde biuro ksiegowe, jeżeli chce coś złożyć ze swojego konta agenta musi mieć autoryzacje ze strony HMRC. Wiec co oni w ogole piszą ?
Najlepszym potwierdzeniem wysokiej jakosci? A w jaki sposob uzupelniajac formularz agenta, HMRC potwierdza o jakosci? Bycie agentem, jest tylko i wylacznie autoryzacja osob 3 do reprezentowania mnie/klienta w HMRC. Autoryzacja, swiadczy, ze mozna sobie wykonac w moim imieniu telefon i dostac prywatne informacje z HMRC, dotyczace mojejdzialanosci.

Z reszta nie dziwie się, ze za wszystko chcą pieniądze skoro w 2018 roku mieli około £30,000 straty plus £ 87,500 kredytu w banku do spłacenia.

Nie polecam spotkania z panem Grzegorzem wlascicielem. Czlowiek nie ma pojecia o niczym lacznie z prowadzeniem biznesu. Kiedy przyszlismy na umowione wczesniej spotkanie byl zdziwiony ze kogokolwiek widzi byl tez kompletnie nieprzygotowany w temacie ktory ustalilismy z gory umawiajac sie na spotkanie. Cala wiedze ktora nam przekazal przeczytal nam z internetu ktora nota bene nie wnosila nic by rozwiazac nasz problem a nastepnie skasowal 30£… na jego miejscu byloby mi wstyd brac jakiekolwiek pieniadze za taka “usluge” Ewidentnie brak tu wyksztalcenia w kierunku jakiejkolwiek ksiegowosci. Nie wspomne juz o tym ze w trakcie spotkania bez pardonu odbieral inne telefony itd…
