Google Bad Review 1:  I used a branch of booboos accountants when it was still called TaxAssist to do my tax report when i was working as a self employed professional. At the time it felt that the service was basic, a bit slow and rather impersonal. Two years later i received a big fine from Customs for a late tax return for the year after that. When i contacted the office in order to understand what had happened, they had no idea who i was nor a record of me in their system. Nobody had bothered to explain the procedure when i did my first tax report with them and nobody contacted me the following year to remind me of what i needed to do. Although i do understand that's its primarily my responsibility to know these kind of things, the whole experience with them still left a bitter taste. My agencies that were providing my with work didn't know how the whole thing worked, the accountant i used didn't care so i got into lots trouble for no reason.Thankfully i've sorted it out by explaining what had happened to Customs and using a different accountant this time around.
