Google Bad Review 1:  Decided to get my helix pierced here last year so called to check first and I was told I could drop in. Got it done and I went to change my earring recently and realised that my helix had been pierced on such an angle it was really difficult to change, to the point I went really light headed! After looking into it, it shouldn't be pierced on an angle as it takes longer to heal. It's advised to get it re pierced. I'm now going to have to wait for it to close up and get it re-done. Went back to speak to them, explained I understand a slight angle can happen during healing, but to the extent it had, the guy even agreed but still told me they would charge me for the equipment to be used. So I've paid for a piecing that's been done worng and it's going to cost me further to fix their mistake. Basically a waste of money getting it done here. I'd avoid having a piercing done here!!

Can't reply to owners reply so added on here – I did actually contact you and was told I would have to pay for the materials again to fix your mistake. I've added pictures so you can see how bad the angle was (no where near straight) before I took this out. The redness was over 2 months after the piercing. I then found out that the piercer was actually the owner too!!! I was completely shocked because he really didn't seem to care he had messed up my piercing initially, despite admitting it and had the cheek to say I would have to pay for it to be fixed. If he is the owner, I would stay clear of this place by all means!!! Complete waist of money!
