Google Bad Review 1:  Bad service & egregiously high prices (get quotes elsewhere before committing!!)

I emailed Satish with photos of my wedding dress and asked for a quote. I then asked to schedule an appointment three weeks in advance. We agreed upon a day and I proposed a specific time, to which she said she would get back to me on the exact time. A week before the appointment, I reached out to settle a time and she gave me the runaround saying she was no longer available and showed no consideration for the fact that it was her who was at fault for not having gotten back to me on a time. I tried to work something else out but received less than polite emails from her. There was no consideration for the fact that the fault wasn’t mine, nor for the fact that it was her who proposed meeting around this date so as to perfectly time the dress being ready for my wedding. No apology, compromise, nothing.

I decided to visit another alteration place in Mayfair and was quoted £125 total. Satish quoted me £300 + £70 per call out. This means I would have paid nearly £500 for something that actually requires very little work!!! Had I not known any better I would have used Satish’s services, so I felt compelled to write this review.

Google Bad Review (2):  I was very unhappy with both the quality of work and service. The prices I thought were very high too but that was nothing compared to the state my dress was left in. After serveral visits I literally gave up. I paid her fee to bring matters to a close but I lost thousands of pounds when you add the the cost of the dress and the alterations I had to pay for. In the end I bought a new dress from a bridal shop and they agreed to do the alterations free of charge. I would recommend you go elsewhere.
