Google Bad Review: The ground are nice but the customer experience is terrible.
Manage to book the ground in the morning and arrange a session with a friend coming from another part of London.
20 minutes before the booking I got a phone call from the team on the ground saying they have a problem with the court but they assured me they'll sort out. Myself and my other player both take a cab to be sure to be there well on time. We went to the reception and the guy just told us with nonchalance, don't worry just go the court. Once we reach the court we found another couple playing. We asked politely what was happening and they said, showing us, they've reserved the ground in the morning via the web. Quite confused we went back to discuss the issue at the reception and the same guy came back at us saying, oh there was a problem we can't sort you out. I was quite shocked as we did discuss the same thing in the morning via phone and on the ground. When asked what could we do the guys simply stared at us and said I can't do nothing for you. I've ask my money back and they said they'll redound credits in my account…Trying to check on the website but the section is not accessible (terrible website for mobile)
Worse customer service experience ever. Don't use them as they will not deliver!
