Google Bad Review 1:  Tried to visit this showroom two days over the course of a week and both times they were closed! Now way of getting a brochure or leaving our details to be contacted. No customer service. Embarrassing really.

Google Bad Review (2):  Not great – they change their sales pitch to suit, obviously have no recollection of speaking to you previously. They don't bother to get back to you, have chased up twice now. Left £100 deposit for them to visit our site – still didn't bother to get back to us. Reluctant to pay up front for a hot tub (they don't take credit cards etc – covering themselves) if they can't even get the first bit right. Guy on phone didn't seem bothered. “Oh yes, just about to call you this minute” finished with okaaaay doke you'll hear from us soon!
