Google Bad Review 1:  The most dangerous care organisation there is. ALL rotas are done back to back not allowing ANY travel time and if so very minimal. The manager Ann Prankard is completely oblivious and has no clue how to run the branch efficiently, she relies solely on the staff who she also treats and talks to like absolute rubbish. Sonja Simms (Area manager) barely even speaks to her staff and has this demeanour that she seems to think she is above everyone else. There is no support nor gratitude for the internal staff and carers are made to feel like they are in the wrong when taking time off for family for example. There is a lot more, however this has been disclosed to CQC with evidence because this organisation cannot be running anymore as they will be the cause of death for a lot of the elderely in H&F as they are ridiculously incompetent.
