Google Bad Review (2):  My experience browsing in this store completely shocked me. Simply the rudest, most aggressive and downright nasty people I have ever had to deal with. I chose to go check out this flooring store to browses fabrics that they had in stock. I had told the owner I already purchased some carpet but wanted to additionally check external fabric company samples to check if I made the right decision of fabric colours etc and to verify a few questions I had.

As I was browsing for not more than 3 mins , the owners or staff starts being passive aggressive towards me for no reason at all, starts rudely telling me he doesn't want to waste his time helping me, calling me cheeky and other names I can’t even mention on here, for not planning on buying anything that day. I was being called names from this complete stranger. In shock I asked why he can treat anybody this way, he ignores and make matters worse by pointing at me and the door, to get out while the other owner stands by and laughs. There was a moment where I fearful as I was by myself. My advice is if you are not going to be a paying customer on the first day of your visit, you will be disregarded and mistreated badly. Or from reading other reviews, it seems like they will treat you badly in any circumstances. I was not the only one to be mistreated by these aggressive people. Unacceptable to treat any one this way. Im glad I didn’t use their services. I don’t know how this is still a business in London. Please AVIOD
