Google Bad Review:  I have paid almost £500 for a service that other companies have done for free. ( after them I had 4 more companies that came to check the issue before invoice anything ) I asked them to check two gullies, they have recommended CCTV and Jetting over the phone. I have paid the first visit, the engineer couldn't conduct the CCTV to one gully because they had left the right camera into another van. I had to pay another visit ( they didn't show up at the appointment agreed and I have wasted a morning waiting for them ) Second appointment the engineer said that the gully was collapsed and they couldn't put the camera down. Of course this other visit was paid another £200. I have called another company to check and they have shown me that the gully was not collapsed and they could put the camera in. I am very disappointed with this company. I have wasted time and money. I am luck now I have found a more honest and reliable company.

Google Bad Review (2):  I DID REACH OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND INFORMED YOU OF THE CRACKS AND YOU DID COME OUT AGAIN – BUT NO COMPENSATION OFFERED FOR MY EXTRA EXPENSES OR THE DAMAGE YOUR PLUMBER CAUSED. I HAVE EMAILS FROM JADE TO BACK MY CLAIM UP.

I never leave a negative review but I am so disappointed in the extra costs I had to pay from their lack of information and poor service. This was my email to them:
Am I getting this right.

1. You come to fix my wall and your guys say it was my responsibility to have my heater removed before they start work – but upon listening to the recording from Bryan – he specifically notes that it was down to you.
2. Then your guys need an extra day to finish the work which should have taken one day because we had to wait for your plumber, to which I say “no problem”.
3. Then I call to ask when the heater will be replaced and told I have to pay someone to come and refit the heater at my cost as it is “in the paperwork” – I had assumed that if it was covered under your responsibility to remove it, it would be yours to replace it but nevertheless, you said no. My painter and plumber will testify that the top of my BRAND NEW heater from my kitchen extension was nicked in two places – I bought white enamel paint to fix it and can show the amazon receipt to prove it. Your guys never mentioned it,
4. Then I follow the advice and waited 6 weeks to have it painted and NOW you are telling me that hairline cracks are to be expected and its down to me to pay for again?

So I am paying AGAIN to have my wall skimmed and repainted. Their attitude and customer service is appalling and the cost wasn't worth using them in the end. They cost me an extra £300 to fix wall again and install heater. Never again…
