Google Bad Review:  I found them quite unprofessional as they backed out from my project at the last minute, because they found a bigger project to work on. They didn't even bother to refund the fee for the discovery meeting. They mentioned that they provided ‘consultancy', while most of the time was spent on me explaining my requirements to them. The fact that I will have to hire another agency who will have to conduct their own discovery meeting didn't cut any ice with them.

I think they are good at their job from the limited interaction I had, but I recommend engaging cautiously.
