Google Bad Review:  This Agency cover Landlord who deny to pay for my friend's work. He did 3x EICR and replace consumer unit but Landlord play dumb and saying he didn't order EICR but electrical safety certificate. When he asked agency to reply to him and Landlord explaining EICR is same as electrical safety certificate, they said Landlord called them and said not to reply to his emails. Agency know Landlord avoid to pay for his work and they help him. Basically they are on the side of Landlord. I would avoid this Estate agent as they are not professional and they wouldn't be on tenant's side.
