Google Bad Review: the front desk staff (night shift) can't even read a hotel coupon which stated clearly we stay for 3 nights with breakfast. it turned out that on the 3rd day when we returned to the hotel after shopping, we found our room was locked and our keys won't open. we thought it was just some problem with the computer key, but when the front desk staff rudely told us that we should have checked out today, and we should not shout or yell at her…..which I think we have every right to, having paid for everything before we left home and her attitude is really annoying. even after we proved by showing the coupon, not even one word of apology was said to us, and the only excuse is there maybe some mistake made by the travel agent….. what really made us feel so angry is the arrogance of the staff…this kind of matter occurs sometimes and we think a Marriot staff should be well trained to handle it. but to our disappointment, this was not the case. the London Marriott Kensington will never have my choice again.
