Google Bad Review 1:  I visited this store on Saturday at approx 18.45 we had a quick look around and ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate in the coffee shop on site. Well what can I say it went rapidly downhill from there. When we ordered the drink no one advised us the shop was closing at 19.00. Our drinks took a while to be prepared and arrived at 18.55. A very aggressive member of staff came up to us whilst we waited for our drink and said we are closing you need to leave. Once our drinks had arrived she came up again even aggressively demanding we leave as our drink where in take out cups. I stated our order should not have been taken if this was the case she said the coffee shop is a separate business. I informed her the hot chocolate was substandard and not to my liking and I requested a refund. I was denied a refund from both the member of staff and the barista. Both spoke rudely and aggressively on numerous occasions. As a regular customer to your establishments I'm shocked and frankly disgusted. Needless to say I won't be returning. I would like to thank the deputy manager on site who was the only courteous person who didn't seem to want to fight with customers.
