Google Bad Review 1:  Ordered my new bike with no problems, but the shipping process is terrible. I was told it would ship in two days, then 3 days after that – despite several telephone conversations saying that it was en route – it was confirmed that it hadn't left the store and there had been a problem with it. I'm pleased its a once in a lifetime purchase as I won't be using them again.

Google Bad Review (2):  The staff give the impression they don't want you in the shop. I went there yesterday, and while I didn't book an appointment (required due to covid 19 rules), there was absolutely nobody in the shop. Rather than offering a solution and trying to establish a slot (either at the time I was there or shortly afterwards) I got turned away and the staff looked somewhat happy at doing this. The shop was empty. It's their loss…I'm trying to decide between a Colnago or Pinarello….I know which brand I'll go for now
