Google Bad Review (2): (Translated by Google) Very disappointing for a 5 star. We had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We thought that everything would be fine in this hotel. Well, it was the disaster. Room not made in the middle of the stay. Then once done, the bathroom not cleaned. The proposal of the hotel: a cocktail for 2 . Enjoy. The next morning someone slips us an invoice under the door.
We are billed twice the room while the 3 were prepaid and we add a dinner and mini bar. Obviously we had not consumed. We went to the reception. Enjoy on offers you two breakfasts. One of the two desk managers who do not speak French refuses to make a move. We had to insist on compensation. 50% of the price of the first night. Enjoy. In front of the standing of this establishment it is incomprehensible for customers to have to justify themselves and especially to claim. Shameful

Très décevant pour un 5 étoiles. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres pour 2 nuits. Nous nous étions dit que tout se passerait bien dans hotel de ce standing. Et bien ce fut la catastrophe. Chambre pas faite au milieu du séjour. Puis une fois faite, la salle de bain pas nettoyée. La proposition de l' hotel : un cocktail pour 2 . Enjoy. Le lendemain matin quelqu'un un nous glisse une facture sous la porte.
On nous facture deux fois la chambre alors que les 3 étaient prépayées et on ajoute un dîner et du mini bar. Évidemment que nous avions pas consommé. Nous sommes allés à la réception. Enjoy on vous offre deux petits déjeuners. Unedes deux responsables du desk ne parlant pas français refuse de faire un geste. Nous avons dû insister pour avoir un dédommagement. 50 % du prix de la première nuit. Enjoy. Devant le standing de cet établissement il est incompréhensible pour des clients d' avoir à se justifier et surtout réclamer. Honteux
