Google Bad Review (2):  I visited this store in January for a battery replacement. The salesman claimed my watch didnt have a battery and tried to convince me that repairing it would cost £2500. Since I was confused (I was quite sure the watch was battery-powered), I decided to have my trusted watchmaker in Italy have a look at it. He opened it in front of my eyes and replaced the battery in less than 5 minutes for 40€. Staff here are either highly incompetent or tried to rip me off. Glad I dodged this trap. I didnt expect this from an official Omega store. Avoid!!
