Google Bad Review 1:  Everything was fine on sales and delivery side but when we needed to fix our 6 dining chairs things went down the hill from there. We bought 6 Ottawa chairs (700 gbp each) 3 years ago and after 4 months of not even heavy usage they became wobbly in the part where seat is attached to legs. They sent a technical staff and they tightened the scews. The same thing happened again and they sent someone again. Then on the 3rd time they replaced screws and legs but problem Repeated. Now on 4th time They say it's a normal regular service. For the chairs that are over £4k in price and service is required on year one? They are refusing to refund or replace. Instead suggested that someone would come and glue them together?! It takes about a month to get even to the point where technical guy comes as every time we need to explain the problem again and provide them with videos etc. We are totally speachless the way they have tricked us into this ongoing situation when we have been patient and understanding. We feel absolutely cheeted and taken for the fools. Inese
