Gern hätte ich 0 Sterne gegeben. Wir hatten Karten für das heißeste Wochenende in London. Leider konnten wir die Tickets wegen der Wetterlage und ausfallenden Bahnen nicht wahrnehmen.
Auch nach mehrfacher Kommunikation im chat der App konnten wir die Tickets leider nicht zurück geben.
Es gab leider kein Entgegenkommen.
