Google Bad Review 1:  Absolutely terrible experience ordering Made to Measure Curtains. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!. At every point in the process they let me down. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years but have been absolutely shocked by how badly they have treated me. Communication has been terrible, it took weeks to get a response on the quotation which they kept making mistakes on, then after I ordered it they told me the fabric was out of stock (which I was fine about) but then they told me it would be another 3 month wait, then they said they had made a mistake and it was now in stock. Then when i got a fit date they changed the date agreed to a date I had already said I couldn't do and then they couldn't rearrange the date as the diary person was on holiday for 2 weeks. Then when they came to fit, they told me I didn't have enough rings, even though they had already measured up my pole & rings. Noone at any point had raised this earlier as I would have been very happy to source new rings. Now they say that this is not their problem at all. They told me that they were disappointed in how my case has been managed and they would look to “Make it up to me” in some way but that offer has now been withdrawn. I dont know another made to measure service that would not be embarrassed to charge £3,000 upfront and leave the job unfinished and unsatisfactory. More fool me. I trusted in their brand name and I never will again.

I notice now that there is nowhere to leave a review on their website about their made to measure service and I wish I had checked the internet more clearly as I cannot be the only one

There are many more important things in this world but I do wish to warn people not to use their curtain service. It is absolutely terrible

Google Bad Review (2):  Four times in the last year, I have walked out of the store and come home to unpack my new clothes, only to find I have to go right back to the store again because the counter clowns have not removed all the security tags. I don't know whether it's more relevant that their gates are not working properly or that this just keeps happening? I am spending thousands of pounds here for a service that is well and truly unacceptable. If you don't have the time to go back and get your tags removed, I urge you to buy your clothes elsewhere. “Never knowingly undersold”, and never knowingly trained staff. Absolutely ridiculous.
