Google Bad Review 1: I had my worst experience in this clinic. I feel like I am ripped off. I had originally asked for the improvements of fine lines and dark circles under my eyes but the treatment I received was to inject the filling on my cheek bones which were supposed to be going up with a professional massage which I never received. After I expressed my concerns about the uneven look on my cheek bones and whether it will eventually end up under my eyes or not, Margret ( the lady who did the job and calling herself a aesthetics expert) got completely out of line verbally and she tried to bully me by keep saying that I failed to understand her explanation. I found her instruction totally wrong and untrue as she was injecting me. She was insisting that it was not painful while it felt like the needle is going through my bones! and that was the point when she treated me very unprofessionally and try to make it my fault. She does not respect her clients ( not in my experience anyway). She was extremely patronizing, rude and highly unprofessional. She kept saying she will do the correction after four weeks. She was supposed to check the swelling in two weeks time which she did not give us ( me and my friend) any appointment. We made an appointment which end up in a row again because she refused to accept that the filler was in the wrong place and uneven. She refused to do any correction when we went back in four weeks! She very outrageously took the photo of my face and edited automatically in the app that she has in her phone and compared my previous and current face. When I told her there is no need to look at photo while you can see it live she again refused to accept it. She then said she does not like to treat me because I confronted her when she tried to bully me. I am writing this review so that every one that wishes to go to her know exactly what she is capable of doing. She is mentally unstable person as she kept leaving the room, getting upset and accused me of shouting on her. She lied in a few things which shocked me. luckily my friend finally caught her lies and she was equally shocked how she treated us. She finally did not do any correction, and she advised me to go and talk to a solicitor. I feel like my money was stolen from me and been bullied as well. I will describe her as mentally unstable and discourteous person.
