Google Bad Review 1:  In one word – awful!! The cashier was just being rude to us and was very brisk in his replies. But worse, the food itself: way too greasy, absolutely tasteless and the chips seemed half fried. I just don't understand why it's been ranked one of the top 5 UK fish and chip shops.

Google Bad Review (2):  Very slow service, we waited 20 minutes to see a server, No organization, other tables that came after us and got service, we ordered Fish and chips, they suppose to be number one in London, what a joke, fish was saggy and the chips were just ordinary Fries, Chips suppose to get dabble fry . I don’t recommend, stay away.
