Google Bad Review 1:  Staff can be extremely rude. Had a terrible experience while coming over with donations, and needlessly to say, will not be coming in the future.

I understand this is a charity store, and staff are likely volunteers. However, I certainly mean no disrespect to anyone, and it’s not okay when they are downright condescending to me – even if they are a volunteer and are having a busy day.

I will be avoiding the store simply to not have to deal with the unpleasant presence of their front desk staff in the future.

To my shock i got accused by the manager that ‘it could be from somewhere else’ when i also had a receipt i advise all to avoid unless you like being wrongly accused

Google Bad Review 1:  Found out my appointment had been cancelled when I arrived. Had booked over the phone (as they requested) on June 6th. Today they said their phones are broken and the receptionist wasn't in. The dentist told me to try calling the number again, then proceeded to show me her broken phone not ringing as if this resolved the situation. The practice also looks like a squat inside. A surreal experience, but if you're looking for somewhere to receive dental treatment I wouldn't recommend it.

Google Bad Review 1:  Terrible service. They failed to get the extras on our order right, then billed us for what we had ordered, not what we had actually been given. When we queried this, the staff spent 15 minutes going back and forth to our table with different bills, each of which were wrong. The manager spent the whole time scowling at us from a distance and arguing with the waitress about our bill, instead of ever coming to talk to us about the problem.

The food was nothing special. I don't know about the lobster, but the rest is sub-standard for a gastropub, despite this being a restaurant. If you want a burger, The Cask, about 5 minutes walk along Tachbrook Street, does them ten times better and is lovely in every way.

There are so many great places to eat on this street. There is no reason to go here unless you enjoy terrible service, zero atmosphere, bland food, or you absolutely must have lobster and can't be bothered to travel a few minutes to somewhere better.

Sadly he stitched a replacement sole to my Loakes Goodyear welt and so has ruined them. This guy is expensive but may be ok for repairing cheap shoes if you're limited to Victoria. Google Bad Review 1:  I've reviewed more than 50 places on guides and this is the first restaurant that I feel like giving one star. I've picked up this restaurant for the 40th birthday of my girlfriend, I've chosen A.Wong because is one of the best restaurant in London, One star Michelin, etc….On the website they said that they can accomodotate intollerances, perfect, my girlfriend Is gluten intollerant(not allergic), in London every restaurant especially asian got different gluten free alternatives(tbh even wheaterspoon got gluten free alternative on the menu, like a simple hamburger or chicken curry), in Wong no, the suggestion from the manager was to have some stir Vegs and plain rice…Is perfectly ok to not have GF alternative but the level of incompetency in suggesting an alternative and the fact that Is sponsored on the site make us Just lose an evening, we needed to Wait 20 days and commute 45 Min for leave before been able to order food…dinner and evening ruined.
