Google Bad Review 1:  Overcharged per hour (180 per hour) for a simple blocked drain job, took an hour and a half (half an hour spent in the car) and didn't unblock the drain nor inspect it before starting, tried to pass on the buck to Thames Water who, with their drawings, told us unequivocally that this was not their problem but that the private drainage company should have dealt with it first time around. Even afterwards, they tried to convince me that this was Thames Water's issue while providing no evidence of the matter apart from that they couldn't fix it, and when I provided three pieces of evidence that this was something that wasn't thames water's responsibility and that they could have fixed it first time around and inspected what the problem was (as one obviously needs to know what the problem is before fixing it!), they had no answer really, except that they could finish the job for more money on the hourly rate. Safe to say I will never use this company again.

Google Bad Review (2):  If you have a real issue i suggest you find a real plumber because these guys are not. Came for a kitchen sink clog and even though they were specifically told the chemicals were already used and are not enough and suction should be used, they went ahead and used pure acid to try and unclog. Not surprising this has failed but they have already used up north of half an hour. Only after a long delay did they attempt suction. Unfortunately this was not where my trouble ended as they used a woefully inadequate machine for suction which on top of everything was leaking, spurting black smelly liquid they were extracting from the sewage all over my kitchen. In the end the engineer concluded it can't be unblocked and as a potential next step suggested removing the entire kitchen and the kitchen floor to take the pipe out!!!!! My disbelief was only met by an even bigger disbelief the day after when the plumber i usually use came over with a proper suction machine and sorted everything out within half an hour. On top of everything they also had a snake like machine handy in case suction failed. One would think my misery would have ended here, but then i got billed with 2 full hours and the bottle of acid on top. If they had any face they would have only charged 1 mandatory hour instead they insisted on 1.5h and the acid after my complaints at which point i refused to pay for the acid and paid the 1.5h. So if you want to be thought a lesson like i have, then go ahead but otherwise go for a real plumber.
