Google Bad Review 1:  This company is beyond shocking, based on the below reviews I'm not the only one who thinks that. About 2 years ago this company was great but something in management changed and the whole services team changed – it's been downhill since then. They do not respond to emails, they don't answer the phone line. On one occasion I was able to be redirected through there ‘new customers' line to someone at first freelance and the gent on the phone advised he couldn't do anything (in terms of closing my services with first freelance) and only someone from management could and they would call me back. It has been over a week now and no call back and no responses to my emails. They are late on filing tax returns, sometimes giving you one days notice that you are due to submit costs or you'll be fined by HMRC. I'm beyond confused what actual services we are paying for £38 a week. Avoid this company like the plague!

Google Bad Review (2):  I have been with FF for around 3 years, the first 2 years was fine. Then it all went south, no response, numerous errors with my account. I have been trying to contact them for nearly 2 weeks yet all I get is “I'll leave message for them to get back to you” and they never do. Have raised an official complaint, still no response!! Will be closing my account with them very shortly if I can speak to someone about it that is.

Ironically I got a evaluation request and after scoring them zero and 1, I got a phone call the same day, funny how they can respond to that. I have now got a new accountant, the handover process has been abysmally slow in transferring the necessary documentation to my new account, but then again that is to be expected with them.
