Google Bad Review 1: I go to the gym on a regular basis as the gym is located below my building. The facilities are in bad shape, the gym manager does not fix the broken equipment and mats and floors are constantly dirty. I dont think the gym is being cleaned on a regular basis. I don't train with the gym manager (Adam), but in my opinion some of the comments/exercises he makes with his “clients” are worse than Youtube videos. I don't think he has an official university degree and it seems he only cares about his business (“money”). I wouldn't trust him with training my body.
